Danger Zone — Global Credit Reset

Faux Credit reset zeroes the admin-added balance and clears the topup ledger on every customer card. Real Credit reset zeroes every member's actual wallet by appending offsetting wallet_reset entries to the live transactions ledger — money history is preserved, balances become RM 0 everywhere (app, webapp, CRM). Every reset is recorded in the Audit Log.
